Can't we all use a little divine blessing these days?

This afternoon a local church is holding a service to bless the animals of our neighborhood. How cool is that? I have always heard of the amazing event that takes places each year at St. John the Divine (and the exotic animals that show up for it!) but have never had the good luck to attend. I have picked my favorite photos of my own furry friends and will be bringing them with me this afternoon. Maybe next year Nicki & Sandi will attend in person ........
